Job Title : Senior IAM and Data Security Delivery Manager
Job Type : C2C
Experience : 8 to 20 years
Location : Santa Clara , New Mexico / Austin, Pennsylvania
Responsibilities:
- Proven expertise in IAM and Data Security tools, including SailPoint, Ping Identity, CyberArk, RSA, Azure Auth.
- Strong technical delivery management experience in cybersecurity operations and support environments.
- Excellent project management, communication, and ITIL skills.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
- Proficiency with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture and Incident Response processes.
- Manage IAM and Data Security teams, define objectives, track performance, and encourage continuous skills development.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.
- Lead operations for IAM tools, ensuring availability, performance, and security of SailPoint, Ping Identity, CyberArk, RSA, and Azure MFA solutions.
- Coordinate and execute application onboarding, manage incidents, and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure transparency, address escalations, and deliver high-quality services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Implement best practices, drive process automation, and ensure adherence to ITIL standards to improve service efficiency and delivery.
- Proactively identify areas for service improvement and operational optimization.
- Lead security assessments and ensure regulatory compliance for IAM and Data Security operations.
- Oversee internal and external audits and manage risk mitigation strategies.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
