Overview

Location: Richland, WA
Duration: 12 months

CTG is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to support large-scale mechanical enterprise risk projects for our client. This role provides advanced technical oversight, governance, and execution support to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate project schedules, execution strategies, risk registers, work orders, testing/acceptance plans, and turnover strategies

  • Identify execution risks, quality gaps, and schedule improvement opportunities

  • Validate Work Order Tasks (WOTs) prior to field execution and remediate deficiencies

  • Apply operating experience and industry best practices to improve project readiness and outcomes

  • Provide field/shop oversight and execution coaching as needed

  • Support Project Managers through strategy meetings, readiness reviews, and risk management activities

  • Coordinate internal and vendor resources to remove execution roadblocks

  • Serve as ASME PIC for Section XI Repair & Replacement scope, as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive mechanical experience in nuclear, steam-cycle, or regulated industrial environments

  • Strong knowledge of logic-driven schedules (Primavera and/or Microsoft Project)

  • Experience with enterprise management systems (Asset Suite, SAP, or similar)

  • Thorough understanding of applicable codes, regulatory requirements, and maintenance/engineering processes

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate degree + 10 years mechanical experience
    OR Bachelor’s degree + 12 years
    OR Associate’s degree + 14 years
    OR High School Diploma/GED + 16 years
    (All experience within nuclear, steam-cycle, or regulated industrial environments)

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
