Job Responsibilities:IT StrategyManage the IT strategy, aligned with business growth and digital innovation objectivesExecute the IT operating model, organizational structure, and skills roadmap across all technology domainsProvide advisory to multi-disciplinary teams with a focus on capability building and cross-functional collaborationDrive change management, digital adoption, and user experience improvements across all business unitsEnterprise Architecture & Systems Integration Manage the Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure and ensure successful integration with SAP, warehouse, IoT and various supply chain systemsOversee enterprise architecture design, ensuring system interoperability, efficiency, and scalabilityData & AI Governance Establish data governance, quality, and security standards, ensuring consistent, accurate, and reliable data for decision-makingStandardize dashboards across platforms, markets, dashboards, and reportsOversee AI governance, including responsible use of GenAI, prompt engineering guidelines, security protocols, and adoption of tools like Microsoft Power PlatformInfrastructure & ComplianceEnsure high uptime across all mission-critical systems (WMS, IT/OT Applications)Strengthen cybersecurity posture by embedding secure-by-design principles into development and infrastructure processesManage network, systems, and application resiliency programs, including disaster recovery and business continuity planningImprove IT helpdesk productivity through AI-based support toolsSoftware Development & EngineeringCollaborate with the in-house development of Solution Architects and integration platformsPromote open-source adoption, code quality standards, DevOps practices, and performance engineeringEnsure consistent development methodologies, documentations, and secure coding standards across teamsProject Management Oversee strategic IT projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within budget, timeline, and scopeManage vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing, including SAP, WMS, cloud/SaaS providers, and Infrastructure partnersDrive cost optimization across hardware, software, cloud usage, and professional servicesEnsure IT investments generate measurable ROI and support prioritized business outcomesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldHands on experience on Cloud Infrastructure (Azure, AWS etc)Hands-on technical knowledge in networking, system administration, and cybersecurity12+ years of IT experienceBackground in Supply Chain, Logistics, eCommerce, or consumer-facing environments is an advantageComfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and like to hands on experimentation of emerging technologyWork Location, Tuas
