Senior IT Program Manager (Global Manufacturing) Rate: Up to $87/hr for the right background Executive Summary We are seeking a high-caliber, articulate Senior IT Program Manager to lead large-scale, multi-year global initiatives within our IT PMO. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between complex industrial operations and enterprise IT systems. You will be responsible for overseeing high-stakes programs ranging from ERP rollouts in regulated environments to cutting-edge Digital Twin and Automation integrations across 50+ global sites. 1. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) & Medical Device Compliance Lead a $10M+ QAD rollout across five global sites (US and Europe) within a highly regulated manufacturing segment. Manage a cross-functional team of 30+ members across 4 distinct workstreams. Oversee IT Validation Planning and ensure all systems meet strict regulatory requirements. Coordinate between Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless enterprise integration. Manage 3rd party vendors and secure business buy-in for system enhancements. Drive the global implementation of software designed to monitor Operational Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and production accounting. Standardize production accounting (Actual vs. Loss) for 50 sites worldwide. Execute OT/IT Integrations, extracting data from shop-floor control systems and pushing it into SAP. Collaborate with Digital Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement groups to automate data flow. 3. Advanced Data Intelligence & Digital Twin Oversee the final stages of a Digital Twin initiative to create software-based models of physical manufacturing processes. Coordinate with Data Science and Data Intelligence teams to build complex digital pipelines. Facilitate the extraction of manufacturing data (including from sensitive regions like China) and push it to MS Fabric for predictive modeling. Guide iterative engineering designs to increase operational efficiency and ROI. Core Responsibilities PMO Standardization: Support the IT PMO in refining frameworks and standardizing processes. Lifecycle Management: Expertly navigate all 5 phases of the Project Management Lifecycle, clearly defining accountability (RACI) for every milestone. Vendor & Team Leadership: Manage diverse, cross-functional teams including onshore/offshore developers and external consultants.
