The focus is on structured execution, stakeholder management, and ensuring system performance aligns with operational KPIs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full lifecycle IT projects from initiation through go-live and hypercareManage integrations across WMS, WCS, ERP, SCADA, and automation systemsCoordinate cross-functional teams (IT, operations, software, controls, vendors)Oversee budgets, timelines, risk mitigation, and governance reportingDrive stakeholder communication at senior business and operational levelsEnsure system performance meets contractual and operational KPIsSupport change management and user adoption in live warehouse environmentsRequired BackgroundStrong experience within warehouse automation, logistics, or intralogistics environmentsProven delivery of WMS/WCS integration projectsExperience working with third-party automation vendorsStrong understanding of system integrations and data flowsClient-facing and commercially awareFluent English (Dutch advantageous)Ideal ProfileComfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsStrong communicator between technical and business teamsStructured, delivery-driven, and KPI-focusedExperience managing multi-million-euro programs
