Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain a hybrid enterprise environment. This individual will be responsible for core infrastructure systems across both on-prem and cloud platforms, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support virtualized environments (VMware)
• Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure
• Oversee Active Directory (on-prem) including user/group management, GPOs, DNS, and security
• Support and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including SSO, MFA, and user identity lifecycle
• Maintain and support Azure cloud services and integrations
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and capacity planning
• Troubleshoot issues across servers, identity platforms, and cloud environments
• Assist with upgrades, patching, and infrastructure improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams on infrastructure and cloud initiatives

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)
• Solid background in Windows Server administration
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory (on-prem)
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) — SSO, MFA, identity management
• Experience working within Azure environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure layers

Nice to Have:

• Experience with hybrid identity environments (AD + Entra ID integration)
• Azure AD Connect / identity synchronization experience
• PowerShell scripting
• Exposure to networking fundamentals (DNS, firewalls, routing)
