Job Title : Senior IT Business Analyst & Integration Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to and execute an overall IT strategy to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Gather data, create process flow diagrams, capture design interfaces, document process maps, identify the root cause of issues, provide solid solutions, analyze inputs and outputs, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Create functional documentation, JAD, screen designs, report layouts, interfaces, features, stories, use cases, data models and mapping, inputs, outputs, and test cases.
- Process mapping, SOP, FRD, SIT/UAT Scripting
- Experience in DocuSign Implementation, Salesforce integration, and documenting the process
- Experience with MuleSoft and Informatica integrations and mapping of fields
- Facilitate, influence, and lead team-member peers in designing and defining solutions.
- Partners with the product owner and scrum master to assist with managing the product and sprint backlogs and sprint Ceremonies.
- Recommend method and procedural changes. Define and document improvements.
- Collaborate with business partners and project teams to gather requirements, translate requirements into technical design, and implement solutions in RTB.
- Work with the training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.
- Understand and synthesize business information, requirements, processes, and issues.
- Elicits information to form customer/business partner software product usage, customer behavior, or other business metrics.
- Design and develop workflow and functional diagrams to demonstrate proposed solutions to clients and internal teams, including spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
