Reporting Line: Director (Core Business Platforms) / Senior Director IT (interim) Key Responsibilities End-to-end IT process ownership for Record to Report (R2R) and Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A), including process design, system integration, and continuous improvementConsulting and collaboration with the Stakeholders (Business Owners and Process Owners) for both End-to-end processes and to gather, analyze, and implement future requirements in SAP ECC and DWH / BI systemsImplementation and configuration of SAP FI/CO and BI solutions (e.g., SAP BW, Power BI, etc.)Coordination of projects for digitalization and automation of financial and reporting processesEnsuring data quality and governance in relevant systemsIT ownership for audits and compliance topics, especially in the area of SOX and IT controlsTraining and enablement of business departments for optimal system usageCollaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including global functions and external service providers Education & Experience Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification5-10 years of experience in supporting and developing SAP FI/CO and BI systems Candidate Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge in finance, controlling, and reportingExperience with SOX compliance and IT audit processes is a plusExcellent analytical and conceptual skillsStrong communication skills and high service orientationFluent in German and English, both written and spoken CIRCOR is an EEO Employer of Females / Minorities / Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities
