AccuAir Heating & Cooling is hiring a HVAC Maintenance Technician who wants to learn the trade, grow with a locally owned company, and build a long-term career while delivering excellent customer service. What You'll Earn Up to $25.00 per hour , depending on experience Paid Sick Leave (earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to 40 hours) Company vehicle, phone, and uniforms provided Ongoing training and support as you develop your skills Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Some occasional overtime as needed) What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance on residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems Complete filter changes and basic service tasks Work alongside experienced technicians to learn refrigeration, electrical, and troubleshooting skills Deliver friendly, professional service to every customer Keep job sites clean and organized What You Need High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Ability to safely use power and hand tools Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills Positive, energetic personality Ability to work independently and stay organized If you're dependable, eager to learn, and ready to start a rewarding career in HVAC with a supportive local company, this is a great opportunity for you.
