We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure & Microsoft 365 technician to support on premise networks and lead modernization projects, transitioning organizations from traditional servers to Microsoft 365 cloud environments. This role combines deep expertise in IT infrastructure, network/server administration, MS365 migration and integration. Key responsibilities includes:

-Design & manage on-premise servers, networks, and Active Directory environments

-Design & implement hybrid or full MS365 infrastructures

-Lead migrations to OneDrive, SharePoint,Teams & Exchange Online

-Manage virtualizations, firewalls and VPN solutions

-Configure Azure AD, Intune, and implement governance/compliance policies

-Automate administration using PowerShell and Power Automate

-Deliver training, documentation, and user adoption programs

Required skills & experience:

-5+ years in network/ server and MS 365 environments

-Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, Intone, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs

-Expertise in MS365 migrations using tools like ShareGate, Quest or BitTitan

-Strong communications and project management skills

- MS365 Enterprise Admin, Teams admin, COMP TIA Network+/Security+ certifications

-Prefer 10 years prior experience with IT MSP or in-house help desk team
