Summary:

Customer Data Platform (CDP) Project Management Senior Advisor driving the strategic, tactical and operational delivery planning and execution for the multi-year high visibility work across Cigna Health plan, Evernorth and external suppliers for a large-scale, complex program.

  • Customer Data Platform (CDP) Project Management Senior Advisor be responsible for managing large sized, multi-functional projects to delivery.

  • Oversight for driving scope, schedule, and resources to deliver the required capabilities on time, while appropriately ensuring the business is ready and risks are mitigated.

  • This individual must demonstrate strong project management behaviors, such as: management of key stakeholders, collaboration with business partners, and the ability to monitor progress against goals, timely escalation, and mitigation of barriers to success.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan and manage the product roadmap as well as the release plan.

  • Lead and oversee strategic, operational, and tactical initiatives, aligning key considerations around timing, scope, deliverables, program cadence, and measures of success/key performance indicators.

  • Validate that the stories accomplish the feature level definition of done.

  • Drive continuous improvement using the Enterprise Agile Metrics and maintain data integrity through all tools (Jira, Align, Reports)

  • Align priorities across customers, business partners, subject matter and user experience experts.

  • Ability to maintain working agreements with cross functional teams.

  • Continuously evaluate intake process for your team.

  • Partners with other core members of the leadership team to identify key gaps, interdependencies, and resourcing needed to be successful.

  • Manage and prioritize product backlog items across multiple delivery objectives.

  • Oversees the collaboration with business unit partners and technical partners to enable functional teams to drive comprehensive and thoughtful tactical plans.

  • Ensure that the business value remains the focus and validate that the stories accomplish the feature level definition of done.

  • Manage user stories that meet the teams definition of ready and are easily moved from the backlog to Ready to Work

  • Coordinate and complete release activities including release notes, communications, user documentation, and reporting.

Qualifications/Functional Competencies:

  • 10+ years of project management experience leading large cross functional initiatives.

  • Healthcare experience is required.

  • Process-oriented with quality mindset, strong organization, and planning skills

  • Demonstrated effectiveness operating in a highly matrixed organization.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven track record of delivering results and monitoring deliverables.

  • Strong collaboration & relationship building skills.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 119,800 - 199,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
