Job Title : Senior IT Service Management (ITSM) Consultant

Job Type : W2

Experience : 8-20 Years

Location : Lewisville, Texas

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) Consultant to join our team. As a Senior ITSM Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and management of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Level Management. You will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow to automate and optimize IT service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage ITSM processes, ensuring adherence to industry best practices (ITIL).
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze incident and problem data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on ITSM processes and tools.
  • Continuously improve ITSM processes and identify opportunities for automation.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT Service Management.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow.
  • Experience in implementing and managing ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Level Management).
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
  • Experience with ITIL certifications (ITIL Foundation, ITIL Practitioner, ITIL Expert).

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
