We foster a collaborative culture that values diversity, creativity, and continuous learning.About the RoleThe role involves designing and developing scalable Java-based backend applications while ensuring high-quality standards and performance optimization.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable Java-based backend applications using standard patterns and best practices.Write clean, reusable, maintainable code and refactor using appropriate design patterns.Ensure application quality through automated testing, code quality checks, and adherence to security standards.Own services end‑to‑end, including monitoring, performance tuning, documentation, and production operations.Resolve production incidents within SLA, perform root‑cause analysis, and contribute to postmortems.Provide architectural guidance aligned with functional, non-functional, and system-wide requirements.Evaluate and design system architectures considering cost, performance, and technology trends.Drive continuous improvements in processes, engineering practices, and system performance.Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.QualificationsStrong experience in Java 8+, Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and backend service development.Required SkillsSolid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed system concepts.Hands-on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), ORM frameworks, and data modeling.Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) and performance optimization.Strong understanding of design patterns, clean code principles, and testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).Experience with incident management, root-cause analysis, and production operations.Familiarity with architecture evaluation, system design, and documentation (runbooks, OpDocs).
