Senior Java Developer – Full Stack Years of Experience: 7+ years Location: Seattle, WA (On-site; local candidates only) Job Overview We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer with strong experience in both backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Java backend development and modern UI development using React. This role will work across the full stack to build scalable, reliable, and user-friendly applications. Essential Functions Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services using Java Build responsive and modern frontend applications using React Develop and integrate APIs and web services Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Participate in code reviews and technical discussions Support application scalability, reliability, and security Work with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines Stay current with modern development tools and technologies Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) A minimum of 6+ years of software development experience Strong experience with Java development Strong frontend development experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS Experience building APIs and distributed applications Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases Experience with asynchronous programming and multithreading concepts Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Preferred Qualifications Experience with container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools Experience working on scalable enterprise or SaaS applications Competencies Technical Expertise Communication Skills Team Collaboration Problem Solving Customer Focus Accountability Adaptability Results Driven Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
