Job Title: IT Operator (Desktop Support)

Location :100 % Onsite – DC Metro Area ,Vienna, VA 

Work Auth: USC,GC,GCEAD ,TN

Salary :$70,000 Annually 

Description:

• EXCELLENT interpersonal skills are a MUST
• Quality customer service skills
• Patience
• Ability to work with other team members (Team first attitude)
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
Technical Knowledge/Skills:
• Troubleshooting Skills
• Oral/Written Communication Skills
• Ticketing System experience (ServiceNow)
• Windows 10 Experience,
Experience with:
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Experience with desktop imaging technologies (MDT, LTI, ZTI)
• Microsoft Office/365, Microsoft Outlook, IBM Lotus Notes
• HP, Canon, and Toshiba printer support
Nice to haves: A+ Certification, Windows 10 Certification, Awareness of security of financial institutions, SCCM entry-level knowledge
