Job Title :Senior Java Integration Developer (IBM WebSphere, ODM, CP4I, Taxation Systems)

Location: Gloversville, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

• Experience working with a Government Taxation organization, encompassing business analysis, technical design, development, maintenance, and end-user support for complex Tax Return Processing Systems.
• Skilled in building choreography and orchestration processes using IBM WebSphere Integration Developer (WID), WebSphere Process Server (WPS), and modern integration platforms such as IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I).
• Proficient in developing Java/XML-based Rules Engines and using Rules Building Tools such as IBM ODM and ADS. Experienced in working with XML, XQueries, JSON, JSON Schemas, and JSONPath (XPath for JSON).
• Strong background in J2EE technologies, including Servlets, JSP, EJB, JDBC, JNDI, JavaScript, MQ Series, JMS, CTG, BPEL, SOA, XSD, XPath, JDOM, SCA, and IBM DB2.
• Extensive experience in Java programming within IBM environments, utilizing Rational Application Developer (RAD) and deploying enterprise applications on WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
• Skilled in Java Messaging Services (JMS) using IBM MQSeries or IBM CP4I MQ for reliable enterprise communication.
• Experience working with frameworks such as IBM EAD4J, JADE, and Spring Framework for enterprise-level application development.
• Proven expertise in system analysis and design for multi-tiered transactional systems, including writing detailed technical design specification documents for component-based architectures.
• Experience in performance tuning of Tax Return Processing Systems, with emphasis on optimization of Java/XML-based Rules Engine implementations and query efficiency in high-volume transaction environments.
