Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Java Microservices Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise Java applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React, and Microservices with a proven track record in production support, application stability, performance optimization, and digital banking environments.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Java-based microservices applications.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
• Develop and support React-based UI components.
• Perform application maintenance, production support, and incident resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues and implement permanent fixes.
• Optimize application performance and improve system stability.
• Monitor application health and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Handle vulnerability remediation and maintenance activities while delivering new features.
• Participate in defect triage, incident management, and stability engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams during backlog refinement, sprint planning, and PI execution.
• Integrate applications across digital banking platforms and enterprise systems.
• Work closely with QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java development.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with React/UI development.
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture.
• Experience supporting production applications.
• Expertise in incident management and defect triage.
• Experience performing root cause analysis (RCA).
• Strong performance tuning and application optimization skills.
• Experience with stability engineering and production support.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience handling application vulnerabilities and maintenance alongside feature development.
• Experience working in enterprise or digital banking environments.

• Experience with enterprise banking or financial services applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
