1) Must have excellent communication skills and exhibit enthusiasm and curiosity for growth 2) Hands-on experience with Java 8+ (v. 17+ is preferable) and Spring Boot - developing microservices from scratch and hands-on with advanced multi-thread programming 3) Strong grasp of Kafka (or ActiveMQ/RabbitMQ would also be acceptable) 4) Hands-on with AWS, EKS, Docker, and Kubernetes 5) Hands-on with SQL and stored procedures. Oracle database preferred Build scalable, resilient, cloud-based systems aligned with our long-term strategy
