Senior Law Firm Business Developer Apply
Trustpoint.One is hiring a Senior Law Firm Business Developer who is client-focused, organized, and has a team-oriented approach. This is an on-site position, but a hybrid schedule is acceptable depending on workload.
A Law Firm Business Developer supports the firm's overall business development and marketing efforts by creating and executing strategic business development and marketing activities.
Candidate(s) must reside in Baltimore, Chicago, Columbus, Indianapolis, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree with an emphasis in marketing, law, or business
- At least 6 years of experience in Business development in a law firm setting
- At least 5+ years experience covering M&A and Private Equity in a large law firm
Key Job Responsibilities
- Drive content-driven campaign strategy to identify and generate new business opportunities
- Actively monitor marketplace developments affecting existing and prospective clients
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans
- Draft and prepare written proposals, presentations, RFP responses, and other communications to clients, prospective clients, and related third parties
- Provide structure and support to cross-selling initiatives
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities
- Train and coach individual lawyers and/or practice groups on business development and marketing skills
- Attend practice group and client team meetings
- Help Partners develop and execute individual practice development plans
