Senior Legal Analyst

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. 2 days a week onsite or as needed. Responsibilities Provide legal research, document support, contract drafting/review, and maintain legal records and systems. Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory changes to support compliance with federal and state banking laws, including audit and inquiry responses. Support legal and regulatory compliance for financial products, services, third‑party risk, and member‑facing materials. Assist with board governance activities and maintain corporate filings, records, and registrations. Assist with litigation, claims, investigations, and related documentation and coordination with outside counsel. Manage contract lifecycle processes and ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 4–6 years of legal, compliance, or regulatory support experience, preferably within an in‑house legal team or in financial services, banking, or credit unions. Any combination of education and experience that satisfies the required experience may be accepted. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred; high school diploma is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
