Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Litigation Associate Attorney with 10+ years of experience to handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial. This role is ideal for an attorney who can independently manage cases, lead litigation strategy, represent clients in court, and mentor junior attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex commercial litigation matters through all stages of litigation.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
  • Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
  • Lead depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial proceedings.
  • Handle Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) and Temporary Injunction hearings.
  • Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings.
  • Supervise and mentor junior attorneys.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) and active Texas Bar membership in good standing.
  • 10+ years of litigation experience.
  • 8+ years of trial experience.
  • Proven success handling complex commercial litigation matters.
  • Experience leading depositions, mediations, and evidentiary hearings.
  • Strong advocacy, legal writing, and case management skills.
  • Experience practicing in both state and federal courts.

Preferred Experience

  • Commercial and business litigation
  • Arbitration and dispute resolution
  • Regulatory and administrative proceedings
  • Trial advocacy and courtroom leadership
