This is a unique opportunity to join a successful firm and make a significant impact.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in all aspects of personal injury litigation support. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about advocating for clients.Responsibilities:Personal Injury Expertise: Manage all phases of personal injury litigation, from intake to trial.Discovery Mastery: Expertly handle discovery in personal injury cases, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions.Deposition Expertise: Prepare for and assist with depositions, including scheduling, witness preparation, and summarizing transcripts.Medical Record Management: Obtain, review, and summarize medical records and bills.Demand Packages: Prepare and draft comprehensive demand packages.Drafting Prowess: Draft and prepare legal documents, including complaints, motions, pleadings, and correspondence with precision and efficiency.Case Management: Maintain and organize case files, manage deadlines, and ensure compliance with all court rules and procedures.Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research using online databases and other resources.Trial Preparation: Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing witness binders, and coordinating logistics.Client Communication: Maintain empathetic and effective communication with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.Qualifications:Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal.Proven expertise in all aspects of personal injury discovery, depositions, and drafting legal documents.Strong understanding of North Carolina personal injury law and procedures.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
