You will ensure the achievement of metrics (Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, Cost and so on) in the ISC manufacturing organization. You will manage a team that supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based chemical manufacturing environment. You will leverage your team's experience and skills to perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsures a safe work environment for all employeesStrategic planning development and executionOwn SQDIP and financials for site maintenanceDrive improvements in Maintenance Excellence metricsDrive improvements in planned maintenance and reduce break ins/failuresDrive continuous improvement activities focused on 5S and TPMPeople management and resource planningStrong background in SAP maintenance and reportingIncrease capabilities of Maintenance and I&E Technicians through training and developmentCost improvement analysisAOP and Capital planning YOU MUST HAVE5+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.10+ years of directly applicable field experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field.WE VALUEBachelor's degree preferredStrong knowledge of lean, six sigma tools and problem solving methodologySignificant chemical manufacturing experience in a fast paced environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFosters teamwork and diversityQuick response and proactive mindset to drive resultsAbility to lead/drive change, and influence/mentor othersAble to develop networks and build relationships
