Senior Manager, Bill-to-Cash (Contract | 6-12+ months)

Location: Burien, WA

We’re looking for a hands-on leader to stabilize, streamline, and elevate our bill-to-cash operations while supporting broader transformation efforts. This role is critical to improving cash flow, strengthening operational discipline, and building scalable processes across billing, cash application, and collections—ultimately preparing the organization for ERP implementation in 2027.

What you’ll do:

• Drive improvements in cash flow performance (DSO, aging, collections effectiveness).
• Standardize billing, cash application, and collections processes.
• Lead data cleanup initiatives to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Increase team efficiency by reducing manual processes and optimizing workload allocation.
• Support ERP readiness while maintaining operational continuity.

What we’re looking for:

• 6–10+ years in AR, bill-to-cash, or order-to-cash operations.
• Industry experience in construction, manufacturing, or project-based environments.
• Expertise with complex billing models (milestone, % of completion, contract-based).
• Proven track record improving DSO, collections, or billing cycle times.
• Strong background in cash application, unapplied cash resolution, KPI development, and ERP/system transformations.
