Description:

Grow with us as a Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy, Innovation working within our Away From Home (AFH) Team. In this highly visible position, you will oversee the preparation of innovative solutions, ensuring they are market-ready, driving speed to market, in-market executional excellence, and aligning with our success metrics. This position can be in the Greater Chicago area or Battle Creek, MI.

As an influential member of the Away From Home Team, youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions by navigating the dynamic AFH market segments. Youll also collaborate seamlessly with external customers and drive strategic, sustainable growth alongside cross-functional teams within AFH.

A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

  • Innovation - As the driving force behind AFH innovation, youll collaborate with the broader sales organization and directly engage with customers. Simultaneously, youll mastermind best-in-class go-to-market commercialization processes, meticulously plan timelines, envision launch scenarios, and orchestrate customer engagements to ensure were day one ready.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as voice of the customer with cross-functional teams to influence innovation strategy and execution. Lead cross-functional engagements between Portfolio, Revenue Growth Management, and Commercial Strategy to ensure best-in-class planning and execution.
  • Execution As key leader, you will be responsible for driving innovation by developing and delivering execution plans through playbook deployment processes. Additionally, youll track, report, and adjust guidance based on innovation performance.

Were Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelors degree
  • Demonstrated experience in Food Service or Convenience market segments and customer dynamics
  • Previous experience effectively communicating complex information to diverse audiences, both in writing and verbally
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to collaborate and work across functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
