Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Manager of Enterprise Data Analytics to lead a high-performing analytics team within the healthcare sector. This role focuses on driving strategic decision-making through data-driven insights while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. If you excel in leadership, possess a deep understanding of healthcare analytics, and are passionate about leveraging data to improve organizational performance, this opportunity is tailored for you.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science Analytics, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience required.

Experience Level:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in the healthcare industry is essential.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in analytics tools such as Tableau (preferred), Power BI, or Qlik.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL Server and Excel.
  • Experience with data platforms like Snowflake, Hadoop, or Vertica.
  • Proficiency in statistical and data science tools, including R, Python, or SAS.
  • Solid understanding of data visualization, ETL processes, and database management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced Tableau capabilities, including server management and core data oversight.
  • Proficiency in data preparation tools such as Alteryx or Talend.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and HIPAA compliance standards.
