Compensation: $140,000 - $180,000 (10-20% performance bonus)

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science Analytics, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience required.
Experience Level:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in the healthcare industry is essential.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in analytics tools such as Tableau (preferred), Power BI, or Qlik.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server and Excel.
- Experience with data platforms like Snowflake, Hadoop, or Vertica.
- Proficiency in statistical and data science tools, including R, Python, or SAS.
- Solid understanding of data visualization, ETL processes, and database management.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced Tableau capabilities, including server management and core data oversight.
- Proficiency in data preparation tools such as Alteryx or Talend.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and HIPAA compliance standards.
