Additionally, this role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align engineering projects with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Ultimately, the Senior Manager will contribute to the overall success of the organization by ensuring that our facilities operate at peak performance while adhering to industry standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in facilities engineering or automation within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in managing engineering teams and projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
