Senior Manager of Software Engineering

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Senior Manager of Software Engineering will design and develop .NET services for a fintech platform, focusing on AI capabilities while working remotely in the United States. Key responsibilities Lead the design and development of .NET services supporting both transactional and analytical workloads Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring end-to-end delivery of features Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-enabled features and drive best practices in code quality and production readiness Required qualifications 8-12 years of backend engineering experience with strong expertise in .NET/C# Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams while remaining hands-on Solid background in building distributed systems for transactional and analytical workloads 1-2+ years of experience with AI/ML or Generative AI solutions Good understanding of data consistency, fault tolerance, scalability, and performance tuning
