Job Title: Senior Manager - Oracle Applications

Location: Hybrid/Remote (Hybrid preferred)

Salary: Up to $170,000

Overview: Connecticut Children's Hospital is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the transition to Oracle systems, including ERP, SCM, and HCM modules. This role is crucial for managing the daily operations and ensuring the successful implementation and integration of Oracle applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Oracle ERP, SCM, and HCM modules.
• Manage a small team of HRIS professionals, including 4 analysts, with plans to expand the team.
• Ensure the successful delivery of Oracle implementation projects, stepping in hands-on as needed.
• Collaborate with the implementation partner to address and resolve delivery issues.
• Manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Lead the team through the transition from multiple systems to Oracle Cloud, ensuring all builds are complete and functional.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Act as a compassionate but direct leader, capable of wearing different hats when meeting with various stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Oracle ERP in a build capacity, specifically with HCM, Financial, or SCM modules.
