Roles And Responsibilities
Drive Product Creation: Own the process from concept to launch as the voice of the product through the lifecycle. Manage timelines, execution, and day‑to‑day activities to ensure alignment with the category vision.
Be the Voice of the Market: Understand golfers, competition, and latest trends. Dive deep into market dynamics to stay ahead and keep products one step ahead.
Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with R&D, Industrial Design, and other cross‑functional teams to bring visionary products to life. Translate golfer insights into product briefs that inspire technical innovation and ensure the final product delivers performance golfers can feel on the course.
Shape the Story: Work with the GTM team to craft compelling stories for each product—from naming to consumer messaging—igniting excitement and driving go‑to‑market success.
Maintain Strategic Product Roadmap: Lead development and ongoing management of long‑range product roadmaps, ensuring each milestone within the 5‑year plan aligns with Callaway’s business strategy to drive revenue growth. Continuously monitor market performance to make data‑informed adjustments.
Influence Pricing & Positioning: Define pricing and product positioning strategies across the lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders to maximize market impact and achieve financial goals.
Guided Product Briefs: Craft clear, insight‑driven product briefs that inspire R&D and serve as the foundation for technical development. Collaborate with Marketing to produce go‑to‑market briefs ensuring alignment across global teams.
Global Synergy: Ensure product category strategy, positioning, and pricing are consistent across regions, delivering a unified global experience.
Data‑Driven Decisions: Use sales, SKU, and market data to track performance and identify opportunities, ensuring products exceed market expectations.
Support Launch Excellence: Drive internal excitement and knowledge by presenting at training sessions, product launches, and key meetings, energizing teams and ensuring seamless launches.

Education And Experience
