Every day, we raise the bar for what's possible through AI, innovation, and solutions that power millions of legal professionals worldwide. If you're energized by scale, real impact, and meaningful challenges, you'll feel right at home here. This is a hybrid role based in Denver, Colorado, with the expectations to be in office at least three days a week for collaboration and connection. The senior manager, Salesforce engineering is a senior technical and people leader within the business operations organization. This role is responsible for the strategy, architecture, delivery, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce and related enterprise platforms that support core business functions across sales, revenue operations, finance, legal, and customer success. Delivered a scalable, secure Salesforce platform supporting complex enterprise processes such as CPQ, contract lifecycle, forecasting, and analytics across multiple concurrent initiatives. Built, coached, and retained a high-performing Salesforce engineering team, including hiring, performance management, and career development. Driven architectural and engineering decisions that reduced technical debt, expanded automation, and measurably improved platform performance and end-user productivity. Partnered cross-functionally with revenue, finance, legal, and customer success leaders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while managing competing priorities. Owned end-to-end Salesforce engineering strategy, including custom development, integrations, CI/CD, environment management, and release governance. Established and enforced engineering standards, code quality expectations, and documentation practices that ensured predictable, high-quality delivery. Led seamless integrations between Salesforce and core enterprise systems such as ERP, billing, support platforms, and data warehouses. Supported private equity operating rhythms, including KPI instrumentation, audit readiness, board-level reporting, and platform roadmap planning. Owned platform governance encompassing security model, permissions, data integrity, and change control processes. Must haves: 8+ years of experience in Salesforce engineering or development, with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning web components (LWC), integrations, and platform architecture. 3+ years of experience managing engineers, including senior developers or technical leads. Demonstrated experience supporting Salesforce at scale in a SaaS or enterprise environment. Strong ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership. Experience as a Salesforce platform developer. Authorization to work in the United States. Nice-to-haves: Salesforce platform developer certification and additional Salesforce certifications strongly preferred. Experience in legal technology, professional services, or B2B SaaS environments. Hands-on experience with CPQ, complex automation, or enterprise-grade integrations. Familiarity with agile development practices and modern DevOps methodologies. Experience defining and operating Salesforce governance models in compliance-sensitive environments. A team that shows up. Work alongside people who collaborate, support one another, and lead with integrity. Global reach. Partner with teams around the world to solve complex challenges that matter. Real opportunity for growth. Expand your impact through meaningful stretch opportunities, visibility, and career development. AI-driven innovation. Work at the intersection of legal technology, customer outcomes, and cutting-edge AI. The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs.
