Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager/Functional Lead specializing in Materials Management and Production Planning to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4 HANA solutions. This role is crucial in aligning our SAP systems with business objectives, driving process efficiencies, and ensuring operational excellence within the MM/PP functions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Implementation of SAP S/4 HANA solutions, focusing primarily on Materials Management and Production Planning
- Identify and implement process improvements within the MM/PP functions to enhance overall operational efficiency
- Work closely with key business stakeholders and IT teams to develop and execute strategies for all S/4 implementations
- Contribute to the development of a strategic roadmap for SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals.
- Take a hands-on leadership approach in SAP S/4 HANA configuration, driving synergies and optimizing system performance
- Manage external IT resources within the functional area to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of SAP processes and recommend improvements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on SAP ERP platform configuration and greenfield deployment experience, with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA.
- Proven track record of success in leading complex Materials Management and Production Planning transformation efforts.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in SAP MM/PP functions, with a preference for S/4 Fashion experience.
- Ability to provide hands-on configuration leadership in the SAP S/4 HANA space.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, both within and outside the MM/PP domain.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to the development of a comprehensive SAP roadmap.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
