Applicants must have at least 10 years of related experience in development and fundraising, with a strong background in soliciting and securing 5- and 6-figure gifts. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a fundraising certification or related Master's degree is preferred. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of the philanthropic landscape, the ability to manage a complex donor portfolio, and experience in setting and executing fundraising strategies across multiple markets.
