Manufacturing EngineerLooking for a new challenge in a growing precision manufacturing environment? This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer with strong experience in precision machining and a passion for continuous improvement. About the RoleJoin a team of collaborative engineers supporting a fast-paced, high-precision operation. You'll work closely with machinists and floor staff to drive process improvements, conduct tooling studies, and support the seamless launch of new or revised products. Programming responsibilities are handled by a separate team, allowing you to focus on operations, optimization, and engineering execution. What You’ll DoSupport and improve manufacturing processes, particularly in Precision Machining operations.Lead or contribute to CI initiatives and shop-floor optimization.Partner with machinists to identify bottlenecks and improve workflow.Perform tooling and fixture design using 3D modeling software (SolidWorks preferred).Assist in creating work instructions and documentation for revised or new products.Participate in new product introductions and validation efforts.Provide manufacturing support for the rollout of capital equipment and new processes. Ideal Background3–7 years of experience in precision machining, ideally in a Precision machining environment.Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset.Experience with lean manufacturing tools and methodologies.Proficient in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred) and measurement tools (CMM, vision systems, etc.).Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred — equivalent hands-on experience considered.Medical or Aerospace machining background is a strong plus.
