We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to add a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support a network of production facilities across the region.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll lead capital projects, improve plant performance, and act as a key engineering resource across multiple sites. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead capital projects from concept through execution, including budgeting, scheduling, vendor selection, and implementation
• Partner with Plant Managers and Operations leaders to drive process improvements and increase productivity
• Support and enhance maintenance and reliability programs across multiple facilities
• Evaluate and implement new equipment, automation, and process technologies
• Provide hands-on engineering support, troubleshooting, and technical guidance at plant level
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and improve overall performance

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or plant engineering environment
• Strong background in mechanical systems, automation, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Proven experience leading capital projects or major process improvements
• Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
