Job Description

We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to add a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support a network of production facilities across the region.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll lead capital projects, improve plant performance, and act as a key engineering resource across multiple sites. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working directly with plant leadership, and driving real operational change, this is a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead capital projects from concept through execution, including budgeting, scheduling, vendor selection, and implementation
  • Partner with Plant Managers and Operations leaders to drive process improvements and increase productivity
  • Support and enhance maintenance and reliability programs across multiple facilities
  • Evaluate and implement new equipment, automation, and process technologies
  • Provide hands-on engineering support, troubleshooting, and technical guidance at plant level
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and improve overall performance

What Makes This Role Different

  • Exposure to multiple manufacturing sites rather than a single plant
  • High level of ownership and autonomy
  • Blend of strategic project work and hands-on execution
  • Direct impact on operational performance and business results

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or plant engineering environment
  • Strong background in mechanical systems, automation, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Proven experience leading capital projects or major process improvements
  • Comfortable working independently across multiple locations

Why This Opportunity

This is an opportunity to step into a role where your work directly impacts plant performance across an entire network - not just a single facility. You’ll be trusted to lead initiatives, influence decisions, and drive meaningful improvements from day one.

If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants broader exposure and ownership, I’d be happy to share more details.
