As the Senior Marketing & Branding Manager, you will serve as the strategic captain of the brand in the U.S. market. - Develop and drive long-term brand strategies and annual business plans for the U.S. market; establish a clear brand value system and market perception map.
- Deeply understand mainstream consumers and formulate clear strategies and implementation plans to increase their share in the customer base.
- Lead product pricing strategies and establish transaction value management systems; coordinate with sales and product teams to balance market share and profitability.
- Proven record of rapidly increasing brand market share and leading penetration from niche to mainstream segments.
Brand Reputation & Integrated Communication
- Build a brand credibility framework through professional reviews, authoritative KOL collaborations, and major PR events to establish brand authority in target markets.
- Monitor brand health using social media analytics and feedback tools; regularly assess changes in brand awareness and consumer preference.
- Establish public opinion monitoring and crisis management mechanisms; respond swiftly according to the "Crisis Response Manual" to minimize brand impact.
- Plan high-impact brand events (e.g., product launches, anniversaries) and leverage celebrity, influencer, and media partnerships to accelerate awareness.
Regional Strategy & Strategic Partnerships
- Develop region-specific and channel-specific annual marketing plans tailored to U.S. regional consumer behaviors, ensuring precise market alignment.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with U.S. KOLs, media, industry associations, and top enterprises to expand brand influence.
User Operations & Data-Driven Marketing
- Build a full-lifecycle user operation system that increases customer loyalty and lifetime value through email, social media, and offline activities.
- Use user profiling and behavioral data to design personalized marketing strategies that drive conversion from awareness to purchase.
Organizational Management & Efficiency
- Oversee full P&L management and establish real-time ROI monitoring systems; take responsibility for the efficiency of all marketing investments.
- Build a 7 12 "Sales Support Rapid Response System" and digital sales battle dashboard to ensure precise marketing support for sales.
- Lead a professional team of 5 or more, build talent pipelines, and develop key marketing leaders capable of independent execution.
Job Requirements
- 8 10 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position with full responsibility for brand and marketing strategy in the U.S. market.
- Must have verifiable success cases in:
- Rapidly increasing brand market share;
- Successfully expanding into mainstream consumer segments and optimizing user mix.
- Strong experience in brand system building, pricing strategy, integrated marketing, and P&L management.
- Excellent leadership and organizational development skills, experienced in managing and mentoring teams of 5+ professionals, and adept at solving cross-functional challenges.
- Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking, able to lead teams to surpass goals in dynamic environments.
- Mandarin language required -- This job requires to communicate with Mandarin speaking people. Onsite in New Jersey.
