In this role, you will support the planning and execution of integrated B2B and B2C marketing initiatives across multiple channels to strengthen brand awareness, increase public engagement, and support lead generation.You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop compelling content, execute campaigns, coordinate events, and enhance the organisation’s brand and employer branding efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute integrated B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across digital and offline channelsDevelop and manage content calendars across multiple platformsCreate engaging marketing content and campaign assets to support brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generationCollaborate with the Creative Team, Talent Acquisition Team, and other business units to develop high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, videos, and social media contentCraft compelling brand narratives and campaign messaging to differentiate the organisation’s offeringsSupport brand positioning, value proposition development, and employer branding initiativesCoordinate with external vendors and partners on marketing events, trade exhibitions, career fairs, advertising, and collaboration campaignsSupport media outreach and media monitoring efforts to strengthen corporate reputation and visibilityAssist with other communications and marketing projects as assignedRequirementsDiploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing and communicationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects effectivelySelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaborativelyStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join UsBe part of meaningful work that creates real impactContribute to innovative omni-channel marketing campaignsWork in a collaborative, vibrant, and inclusive environmentGrow in an open and supportive culture that values creativity, ideas, and continuous development
