As Marketing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to: Lead marketing strategy across the DACH region, driving growth and market share for our Breast and Skeletal Health portfolio. Develop and drive short, medium and long‑term strategies to deliver sustained growth, profitability and brand equity. Drive new product launches, market expansion, development projects and business transformations, efficiency gains and sustainable performance improvements. Craft compelling value propositions, and tailor innovative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals and patients. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales, R&D, and global marketing to launch new products and ensure a cohesive brand message. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions. Manage budgets, forecast marketing needs, and measure ROI to ensure fiscal responsibility and effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Champion a customer‑centric approach to marketing, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and enhancing customer engagement. Collaborate closely with commercial leadership, building and leveraging relationships at all levels both internally and externally. What We're Looking For: A strategic thinker with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Considerable marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the DACH region. Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with CRM and marketing analytics tools. Ability to travel as needed within the DACH region.
