As a Senior Marketing Specialist for PCL Construction Enterprises, Inc. in Denver, Colorado, you’ll have the opportunity to blend strategic pursuit leadership with day-to-day marketing execution—driving proposals, qualifications, branding, thought leadership, and client communications that clearly articulate value, differentiate the firm, and win work. Responsibilities Creates marketing plans for mid-size to large projects and initiatives and ensures they are measurable. Coordinates and manages the resources and change management to ensure success. Plans and executes high-risk, complex, or multifaceted events that involve multiple stakeholders and require consensus building. Coordinates deliverables with a team of individuals. Creates and enhances brand awareness through development of marketing materials and proper placement. Implements marketing and website content‑management strategy to ensure content is properly organized and communicates updates to stakeholders. Communicates the vision to develop marketing deliverables and works collaboratively with team members to execute marketing strategy. Creates impactful and influential written copy that integrates the PCL brand for appropriate mediums to encourage action internally and externally. Translates executive strategies and industry knowledge into meaningful and accessible information. Promotes understanding and influence within the district. Strong networking skills and active involvement in industry organizations, and may take on leadership role. Conducts market and marketing research. Provides superior editing and proofreading services. Qualifications Postsecondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent. 7 years of progressive experience in a marketing role. Advanced understanding and mentoring of brand best practices and able to execute brand needs, contribute to brand strategy, and effectively communicate the brand though all marketing materials. Ability to initiate, contribute to, and enhance the marketing strategic planning process. Ability to interpret and utilize data analytics to analyze information and make recommendations to marketing plans and strategies. Advanced experience with and ability to engage all marketing mediums, including web, print, advertising, video, and social media. Expert knowledge determining the appropriate medium based on audience, situation, and strategy. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud and other specialized software as required. Understands the company and district’s business objectives and incorporates them into marketing activities, products, initiatives, and plans.
