Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant team and help us to spread the joy of gardening! If you have relevant experience and are passionate about sustainable living and making a difference, we would love to have you on our team!
Essential Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the creation of engaging, high-quality content for various marketing channels with an emphasis on content writing (e.g., website, blogs, product inserts, product manuals, video scripts, etc.)
- Work with the Branding Team to craft clear, concise, and impactful messaging for product launches and update messaging on existing products.
- Write Product Detail page copy and install copy into wireframes with visual direction.
- Aid Social Media Team in producing compelling, industry-relevant content creation.
- Contribute to branding initiatives.
- Assist the Branding Team with tasks from C-suite; handling a wide variety of tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to target specific customer issues and highlight success stories and company innovations.
- Comply with Company policies and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelors in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or relevant field required.
- 3-5 years of experience implementing digital marketing, e-commerce, and/or content marketing campaigns.
- Experience writing for websites, e-commerce strongly preferred.
- Experience using marketing tools like Canva, Google Workspaces, and project management tools.
- Copywriting: You know how to convey ideas in a concise, evocative way.
- Marketing strategy: You understand the underlying marketing reasons behind what you do.
- Resourcefulness: You can solve problems using available resources.
- Collaboration: You are a team player who is respectful, helpful, and kind to others.
Physical Demands:
This position involves working both indoors at a desk and outdoors in a farm setting. Must be able to operate a computer for prolonged periods with moderate walking, standing, lifting, carrying, moving objects, reaching and crouching. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Exposure to outdoor environments including hot and cold temperatures and humidity.
Job Location and Work Schedule:
- This is a full-time, on-site position based out of our two locations listed below, this position will work at both various days of the week.
- Headquarters location: 13808 Boudreaux Road, Bldg. #2, Tomball, TX.
- Farmhouse location: 22503 Lain Road, Spring, TX.
- Monday through Friday.
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Lunch break 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.

- The salary range is $60,000 - $70,000.
