Overview ENERCON's Chief Engineering Group is seeking a Senior Mechanical Analysis Engineer to join the team in the Kennesaw, GA (Suburb of Atlanta), Fort Worth, TX, or Naperville, IL office locations. Principal Engineers with 10+ years of experience can work remotely. Responsibilities Prepare and review mechanical engineering products such as calculations, drawings, and specifications, ensuring quality and compliance. Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers in fluid mechanics, HVAC, and heat exchangers. Conduct subject‑matter expert reviews to ensure engineering product excellence. Collaborate with diverse engineering groups to deliver customer‑focused projects and drive business growth. Participate in on‑site problem‑solving and site walkdowns to identify practical, cost‑effective design solutions. Collaborate across multi‑disciplined teams to tackle complex projects and deliver forward‑thinking solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university. Minimum of 10 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience. Extensive expertise with pumps, valves, fans, heat exchangers, and/or HVAC. Experience with mechanical evaluations and permitting in support of Sections 316(a) and 316(b) of the Clean Water Act preferred. Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time (typically 1–5 days). Must be a U.S. citizen. Compensation USD $90,000.00 - USD $175,000.00 per year. Additional Information Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship. Employment is contingent upon passing pre‑employment and random drug/alcohol screenings, background checks, and annual motor vehicle record reviews per company and client policies.
