enior Project Manager to lead and manage HVAC projects across Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Technology, and Institutional sectors. This role involves overseeing all phases of plan-and-spec projects from estimating and proposal development to installation, client relations, and project closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review RFPs from Owners or General Contractors.
• Prepare detailed HVAC estimates, including material take-offs, labor calculations, and vendor/subcontractor quotes.
• Develop clear, comprehensive project proposals.
• Issue purchase orders for equipment and subcontractors.
• Oversee installation teams, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate with other trades.
• Prepare and review monthly cost reports, RFIs, and Change Orders.
• Conduct site visits and ensure project compliance with design and quality standards.
• Lead project closeout, including warranty management and final documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support ongoing business development.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing commercial, institutional, healthcare, or manufacturing HVAC projects.
• Strong background in HVAC cost estimating and project budgeting.
• Experience in both project management and engineering.
• Proven ability to communicate technical HVAC solutions to non-technical clients.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and solutions-driven professional.
