Work Location: In person, Tampa, FL
Fulltime Permanent position

Client is searching for a Senior Mechanical Engineer for the design of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems.

Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor junior engineers.
Develop technical deliverables, including construction plans & specifications.
Coordinate with clients on project requirements and status updates.
Coordinate with regulatory agencies to understand local permitting requirements and submit permit documents for review and approval.
Perform construction administration duties, including attending and documenting project meetings, conducting site visits, reviewing shop drawings, and assisting with the development of change order, closeout, and other construction documentation.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
6-10 years of related experience
P.E. License
Revit experience.
