Senior MEP Project Manager – Data Centre Construction Location: Germany Company: International Engineering Contractor Package: €120,000 to €130,000 DOE + Full Exp Package The Company This international engineering contractor delivers large-scale mechanical and electrical projects across the data centre, pharmaceutical and industrial sectors throughout Europe. With a strong pipeline of secured work and a reputation for delivering complex mission‑critical projects, they continue to expand their European operations. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to lead the delivery of major hyperscale data centre projects in Germany. The Role Reporting to the Project Director, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of Mechanical and Electrical packages from pre‑construction through to commissioning and client handover. Leading multidisciplinary project teams, you will oversee programme delivery, commercial performance, engineering coordination and stakeholder management, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for managing major MEP packages on large‑scale data centre developments. Must Have Requirements Proven experience as a Senior MEP Project Manager or MEP Project Manager delivering large‑scale construction projects. Experience managing Mechanical and Electrical packages valued in excess of €20 million. Strong background delivering data centre, pharmaceutical or industrial projects. Excellent commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, programme delivery and contract performance. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of Mechanical and Electrical packages throughout the full project lifecycle. Manage project programmes, budgets, commercial performance and key delivery milestones. Lead multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, commercial and site operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners. Chair project meetings, technical reviews and programme workshops. Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure all Mechanical and Electrical installations are delivered in accordance with design, specifications and client requirements. Support commissioning, testing and final project handover. Drive the highest standards of Health & Safety, quality and operational performance across the project. Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on programme, commercial and project performance. About You You are an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager with a proven track record delivering major Mechanical and Electrical packages on complex construction projects. You are a confident leader who enjoys managing multidisciplinary teams, driving programme delivery and building strong client relationships. You thrive in fast‑paced environments and have the commercial awareness and technical knowledge required to successfully deliver large-scale mission‑critical projects.
