We're committed to building a legacy of excellence and reliability, one seamless system at a time.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time position for a Senior MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Site Engineer located on-site in Bengaluru South. The Senior MEP Site Engineer will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP systems on construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include supervising MEP installations, ensuring compliance with project drawings and specifications, coordinating with project stakeholders, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The role involves site inspections, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues as they arise, as well as preparing progress reports and documentation.QualificationsProficiency in MEP design, installation, and coordinationStrong understanding of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systemsKnowledge of MEP-related codes, standards, and regulationsExperience with project management and on-site supervisionExpertise in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and ensuring quality assurance in construction projectsProficient communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholdersProficiency with relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or other design and project management toolsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field)At least 5 years of experience in MEP engineering and construction projectsAbility to work on-site in Bengaluru South and adapt to a dynamic work environmentProfessional certifications or licenses (e.g., LEED, PMP) are advantageous
