Requirements

The expected qualifications for the person filling this position are as follows: Must have at least 20 years of experience in Army Aviation, have served as an Aviation commissioned branch officer, and have served as an Aviation Battalion Commander (or Army Aviation director-level equivalent). Must possess experience successfully developing executive (2-4 star level) briefings, speeches, information papers, and professional journal articles relating to Army aviation operations, training, doctrine, and program management. Must be able proof-read and edit the work of others to improve quality, and identify and correct errors. Must be able to interpret guidance and quickly incorporate changes into draft products to achieve timelines.
