This role is responsible for designing, developing, and scaling high-performance mobile applications that power AI-driven healthcare and life sciences platforms. As a Senior Mobile Engineer – Flutter Developer, you will own end-to-end mobile architecture, ensure seamless integration with backend and AI services, and deliver secure, scalable, and production-grade mobile solutions used by healthcare professionals and enterprise clients globally.Key Responsibilities• Design and develop high-quality, scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.• Architect reusable, maintainable, and performant mobile application frameworks.• Collaborate closely with backend, AI, and frontend teams to integrate APIs, AI services, and real-time data systems.• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices.• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility (iOS & Android).• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior mobile developers.• Work with product and UX teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive mobile experiences.• Integrate analytics, monitoring, and crash-reporting tools to ensure reliability and observability.• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment.• Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security standards.Required Experience & Skills• 5+ years of professional mobile development experience with at least 3+ years in Flutter.• Strong expertise in Dart, Flutter SDK, state management solutions (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and real-time services (WebSockets, Firebase, etc.).• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).• Experience with performance optimization, memory management, and debugging tools.• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment (App Store & Play Store releases).• Strong understanding of secure mobile development practices.• Experience working in data-driven or AI-powered application environments.• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and backend integration.• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, product-driven environments.Work Culture & Expectations• Startup-lean environment with enterprise-grade engineering standards.• High ownership role with accountability for mobile architecture and delivery outcomes.• AI-first product stack with real-world production usage.• Strong bias toward execution, clarity, and technical excellence.• Engineers are expected to take end-to-end responsibility for mobile performance, quality, and scalability.Location: Metro ManilaWork Arrangement: Primarily WFHSchedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
