Job Role: Senior .NET Full Stack Developer Location: Raleigh, NC, Baltimore, MD, Springfield, MO, Columbus, OH, Chicago, IL Only on W2, No C2C Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with 11+ years of hands‑on experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable, cloud‑native enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, Microservices Architecture, Azure Cloud, Front‑End Frameworks, and Healthcare interoperability standards including FHIR R4 and HL7 v2. The candidate should have a proven track record of delivering high‑performance solutions across Healthcare, Banking, and Insurance domains while leveraging modern cloud platforms and distributed system architectures. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade web applications using ASP.NET Core 8 and C# 12. Build and support scalable Microservices‑based architectures using modern design patterns. Implement CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation) for highly scalable distributed systems. Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular 15, React, and TypeScript. Design and deploy cloud‑native applications on Microsoft Azure and AWS platforms. Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and cloud identity services. Develop and integrate Healthcare interoperability solutions using FHIR R4 and HL7 v2 standards. Create and maintain RESTful APIs and API integrations using Azure API Management. Build event‑driven architectures leveraging Apache Kafka messaging platforms. Work with relational and NoSQL databases including SQL Server, Cosmos DB, and Redis. Deploy and manage containerized applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and AWS ECS. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance and scalability.
