Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience in SDWAN technologies.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in various SDWAN solutions, including Juniper, Versa, VMware VeloCloud, Silver Peak, Palo Alto Prisma, Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, Aruba Edge connects, and Arista.
- This role requires a deep understanding of network architecture and design, focusing on delivering robust and scalable solutions.
Required Skills:
- VMware VeloCloud SDWAN 8+ years
- Cisco routing and switching *+ years
- Network DC and SD-WAN Architecture and design
- Firewalls, (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA,) NSX a plus 8+ years.
- Hybrid role requires a deep understanding of network architecture and design, with a focus on delivering robust and scalable solutions. Requires Hands-on and non-business hours cut overs.
Responsibilities:
- Collect requirements, write and delivery network HLD, LLD
- Build, and cut-over to new VeloCloud SD-WAN
- Design and implement SDWAN solutions to meet client requirements and business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise in Juniper, Versa, VMware VeloCloud, Silver Peak, Palo Alto Prisma, Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, Aruba Edge connects, and Arista SDWAN technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SDWAN solutions into existing network infrastructure.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client networks to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop detailed network architecture plans and documentation to support SDWAN deployments.
- Oversee the configuration and deployment of SDWAN devices and services.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation of SDWAN solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in SDWAN technologies and industry best practices.
- Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on SDWAN solutions and best practices.
- Lead the development of proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of SDWAN technologies.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards in all SDWAN implementations.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new SDWAN technologies and vendors.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of network architecture and design processes.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of network architecture and design principles.
- Expertise in multiple SDWAN technologies, including Juniper, Versa, VMware VeloCloud, Silver Peak, Palo Alto Prisma, Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, Aruba Edge connects, and Arista.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
- Proficiency in developing detailed network architecture plans and documentation.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in SDWAN technologies and industry best practices.
- Ability to provide training and support to clients and internal teams on SDWAN solutions.
- Experience in leading proof-of-concept projects and evaluating new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards in all network implementations.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing SDWAN solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certification in SDWAN technologies.
