Are you a senior MSP engineer who enjoys designing networks just as much as solving complex infrastructure challenges? We're partnering with a growing boutique Managed Service Provider that's built a reputation for investing in its engineers and exposing them to a broad range of technologies. Rather than being siloed into one specialty, their engineers have the opportunity to work across networking, cloud, security, virtualization, and Microsoft technologies while partnering closely with clients to build long-term solutions. The culture is collaborative, growth-oriented, and filled with engineers who genuinely enjoy mentoring one another and tackling challenging projects together. This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Network Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer who wants to own client environments, lead network initiatives, and continue expanding into cloud technologies. You'll serve as the primary networking expert while also working with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and modern Microsoft infrastructure. What You'll Be Doing Design, deploy, and support enterprise networking environments for SMB and mid-market clients. Serve as the primary technical resource for networking projects, escalations, and ongoing client support. Configure and troubleshoot Fortinet and Meraki firewalls, switches, wireless infrastructure, and VPN connectivity. Design and support Layer 2/Layer 3 networking including VLANs, routing, NAT, TCP/IP, and network security. Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and hybrid cloud environments. Support Windows Server infrastructure including Active Directory, DFS, NPS/RADIUS, and identity services. Implement backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure best practices across client environments. Work directly with clients to recommend technology improvements, modernization initiatives, and long-term infrastructure strategies. What We're Looking For 5+ years of MSP engineering experience. Strong networking background with Layer 2/Layer 3 switching, routing, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall administration. Hands‑on experience with Fortinet and/or Meraki networking solutions. Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and hybrid Microsoft environments. Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and server infrastructure experience. Comfortable leading projects and serving as a trusted technical advisor for clients. Strong communication skills with the ability to balance technical work and client interaction.
